Why choose Triad for driver's ed?
Our program was designed by current or retired police officers and firefighters. As a student, you are experiencing that knowledge throughout every class! Other driving schools advertise that a police officer will visit for one session to talk to the students.
Our classroom is comfortable for everyone. We use tables and chairs that parents and students don't have to squeeze into. Other driving schools often use small desks with attached seats.
You can keep the RMV driving manual. This allows students to highlight and study whenever needed, even after completing the course. Because the RMV charges for these, other driving schools don't always allow students to keep the manual.
The cost of the RMV certificate is included in your tuition. Other driving schools often tack on an additional fee for this certificate as a way to make more money after a student signs up.
After your deposit is received, your payments can fit your budget. The balance just needs to be paid before the last driving lesson is scheduled. Other driving schools often have complicated payment schedules that do not allow for flexibility.
You complete a total of three exams throughout the 30-hour in classroom training. This ensures that a student is "getting it" and allows us to track progress. Other driving schools commonly only administer the RMV required final exam.
You have the option to make your own schedule as long as you have six or more students and it does not interfere with previously scheduled classes.
